ChargeIQ is a mobile application developed by Borusan Otomotiv Group, designed to improve the experience of all electric vehicle users in Turkey by providing real-time availability status of charging stations.
With the ChargeIQ application, you can find the nearest charging stations, check their availability, and filter them based on your needs to make the best choice. The route planning feature allows you to organize your trip according to charging points, making your journey more efficient. You can also read reviews and see photos of charging stations on the map. Additionally, you can share your own experiences, rate stations, and upload photos. In the "Discover" section, you can access informative content about electric vehicles and charging technologies. You can also check the pricing information of charging network operators in the "Tariffs" section to estimate your charging costs in advance. ChargeIQ is here to make your travels easy, safe, and well-planned.
You can find all charging stations operating in Turkey, classified as fast (DC) and normal (AC) charging points. Additionally, you can view the real-time availability status of all charging points from networks such as ZES, Eşarj, Sharz.net, Voltrun, Borenco, and Tora, which have the largest electric charging network in Turkey.
In the ChargeIQ application, you can easily filter by AC/DC, green energy, and rating by clicking the quick filter icons at the top of the map screen. For more detailed filtering, click the filter icon on the right side of the map screen to select your preferred socket type, power level, or charging network operator. After applying your filters, you will only see the charging points that meet your criteria. This feature helps you quickly find the most suitable charging station for your needs.
The colors and symbols of the pins in ChargeIQ indicate the type of socket and charging speed provided by the station. Orange pins show stations with only AC charging sockets, while blue pins represent fast charging stations with only DC charging sockets. Stations that offer both AC and DC charging sockets are marked with a blue-orange pin. Additionally, charging speed is classified as follows:
To upload a photo of a charging station in ChargeIQ, open the station’s details page and scroll down to the “Review” section. Click on the “Add Photo” button, select your photo, add a description if desired, and complete the upload. The uploaded photos will help other users recognize the station better. Route planning is a feature that allows you to see and select the necessary charging stations along your route and plan your journey accordingly. ChargeIQ shows available charging stations along your designated destination and lets you add your preferred stations to your route, helping you organize your trip efficiently without interruptions.
To create a route, click on the "Route" tab in the bottom menu of the app. After selecting your starting and destination points, click the "Create Route" button. ChargeIQ will automatically display suitable charging stations along your route. You can filter stations based on socket type, power level (kW), charging operator, and other criteria to choose the best ones for your trip. Once completed, you can save your route for easy access at any time.
To add a stop to your route, click on the "Add Stop" option on the "Create Route" screen. You can also select a recommended station from the map and tap "Add Station to Route" to include it in your journey. This allows you to plan necessary breaks and additional stops efficiently.
There is no limit to the number of routes you can save in ChargeIQ. You can create and save as many routes as you need, allowing quick access to frequently used routes without having to plan each trip from scratch.
ChargeIQ brings together all charging network operators in Turkey on a single platform. You can view stations with AC, DC, or both socket types and easily find the most suitable charging point for your needs.
You can check the real-time availability status of all charging points from ZES, Eşarj, Sharz.net, Voltrun, Borenco, and Tora, which operate the largest electric charging networks in Turkey.
In the station details section, you can find information such as socket type (AC/DC), power level (kW), availability status, address details, operating hours, and whether the station uses sustainable energy. Additionally, you can read user reviews, check ratings, and view station photos.
To suggest a new charging station, go to the “Profile” section in the app. Click the settings icon in the top right corner and select the “Help” button. Enter the station's location, operator details, and other information to submit your suggestion. Thanks to user contributions, ChargeIQ continuously updates and improves its station database.
To sign up for ChargeIQ, download the app and tap the "Profile" tab. Click on the "Sign Up" button and create an account by entering your email address, password, and other required details. Once completed, you can start using all features of the app immediately.
To update your account details, go to the "Profile" tab and click the settings icon in the top right corner. Then, open the "Account Info" section where you can update your email address, password, or other personal details. Make sure to save your changes, so the new information becomes active immediately.
You can access charging network tariff details by clicking the "Tariffs" button in the "Profile" section. Here, you can see pricing information from different charging network operators and estimate your charging costs accordingly.
Yes, ChargeIQ helps you calculate your total charging cost. By viewing charging network tariffs in the "Tariffs" section, you can estimate your total charging expenses based on your vehicle's battery capacity and energy consumption.
To add your vehicle to your profile, go to the "My Vehicle Information" section on the profile page. Click "Add Vehicle," enter the make, model, and other details, and save your vehicle to your profile.
Yes, you can edit or replace your added vehicle at any time. Click the "..." icon in the "Vehicle Information" section to update existing details or add a new vehicle.
Currently, ChargeIQ does not support direct payments. However, this feature is in development and will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates!
