To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Are Transferred

Your personal data are shared with third parties in accordance with the purposes and legal reasons specified in this clarification text and in compliance with the provisions of the Law and relevant legislation. The parties with whom we share your personal data and their purposes are specified below:

• Companies from which We Receive Support and Services: If you have given explicit consent for the sending of commercial electronic messages, services are received for the sending of commercial electronic messages.
• Authorized Institutions and Organizations: If you give consent for commercial electronic message submissions by BOİ, your consent records are shared with authorized institutions and organizations to fulfill our legal obligations. (For example; Message Management System)

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected automatically and partially automatically through forms filled out electronically.

Your Rights

Article 11 of the Law regulates the rights of data subjects. As a data subject, you can use the following methods to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law:

• You can send your requests to the email address “info@chargeiq.com.tr” using the email address you previously notified us and which is registered in our system.
• You can send your requests by mail to the address “info@chargeiq.com.tr”.
• You can also choose other methods specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller to submit your requests.
