- Authorized Institutions and Organizations: Fulfilling our legal obligations in cases where authorized institutions or organizations request information from our Company or where we are required to notify these institutions.
Your personal data are transferred abroad by the Company in accordance with the rules stipulated in Article 9 of the Law, limited to the parties and purposes specified above. In the context of transferring your personal data abroad, the Company acts in accordance with the rules stipulated in Article 9 of the Law and takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that your personal data are processed securely and in accordance with this Information Notice by third parties.

We collect your personal data specified above through automatic or partially automatic methods by filling out the “Contact Us” form on the Site.

Article 11 of the Law regulates the rights of data subjects. As a data subject, you can use the following methods to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law:

- You can send your requests by mail to the address “info@chargeiq.com.tr”.
- You can choose other methods specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller to submit your requests.
